The joy of keeping Healed By Paris small means I can learn you and your body. You get individualized attention. And if you book HBP for your event, the team gathered will move with intention and care.

1. No same day rescheduling
We require 24 hour notice. To give you individualized attention we arrange the rest of our day around your appointment.
2. No same day cancellations.
Cancelling is the same as rescheduling.
3. You get ONE reschedule if 24hr notice is provided*
Appointment slots with HBP are limited. With 24hr notice we can use your current deposit to reschedule the appointment ONCE. (scroll for event policy*)
4. No sexual misconduct allowed.
This is a professional massage/service. Draping is not optional if you are unclothed.
5. Non Refundable deposit.
We will work with you to re-coordinate schedules if 24 hour notice is given to reschedule.
6. No same day rescheduling with bundles/retainers/events
Same day rescheduling results in a loss of the appointment.
7. Please let me know how to make you comfortable
Let me know how the pressure is, if the temperature needs adjusting, or if any scents from the other service providers come into the room (ie: there are nail techs next door).
8. Event massage is for a specific amount of time.
Please note details of booking for whether your therapist(s) are there for a specific amount of time or whether flexibility is required. We often have a client after you.

About Your Event
1. The deposit is applied towards your total event bill.
If your event is rescheduled we will either roll your deposit over to the new date OR refund you if the HBP team is no longer available.
2. 48 hour notice is required to reschedule event bookings
Unless due to city weather alerts, we require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. The HBP massage team is small and we block off our schedules to ensure we can prioritize your event.
3. A replacement therapist is available
There is a small New York based team of estheticians, massage therapists, and yoga teachers behind HBP when it comes to offering services at your events.
4. Multiple payment methods
You can pay in full by a payment link (Square) including a 3.5% fee.
Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay are also available. A receipt/invoice will be provided.
About the Bundle
1. Your bundle is good for 3 months
This allows for us both to prioritize getting you a session at least once a month. For post op lymphatic massages, we will coordinate to get your sessions scheduled weekly to biweekly based on your personalized treatment plan.
Please note: Same day rescheduling results in one less appointment for your bundle.
2. No refunds but you are allowed to transfer
If a mobile session it must take place at the same location or at my office for the same type of session.
3. Sessions include an optional session enhancer.
Just let me know which you want the day prior.
4. I will text you about availability.
Please respond to the message even if it's to say you don't have any time this week.
About the Retainer
This is perfect for select returning clients who have a more sporadic schedule.

The retainer fee is paid monthly and you get priority scheduling.
2.Easy to coordinate
You get access to appointment times that are more convenient for your schedule at the original location or my office.
3. Guaranteed access to your selected amount of appointments each month.
To make coordinating smooth you will be contacted with dates + times. The faster you respond, the faster the appointment you desire becomes yours.
