As a small practice, every appointment slot matters.
When a slot is reserved, it means another client may not be able to book that time that week. For that reason there are...
1. No same day cancellations
2. No same day rescheduling
3. No refunds
24 hour notice is required to reschedule home or office visits

We aren't able to fill your spot with short notice and that's unfair to both myself and other clients.
You have ONE reschedule using the same payment if 24 hr notice is provided.
The online scheduler is usually accurate
Appointment slots close the day before.
For example if today is Friday you will not see Friday appointments available.
Rarely do I have same day appointments available. Squeeze in's are reserved for current clients or post op clients under special circumstances.
Ontime arrival ensures you receive your full time
You have our number, just communicate with us if you're going to be late.
If we know you won't arrive on time we can better prepare for the time we have together.
Post Op Appointments also required 24 hr notice to reschedule
Please plan ahead for travel + parking. Setting additional alarms will prevent oversleeping the day of your visit.
Bundles must be redeemed within 1 month (or 31 days)
This allows us to catch lumpy, firm, bumpy tissue as they arise and monitor for seromas. The more often we see you the faster we can detect any changes. Plus you'll feel better sooner.
Same day rescheduling with a bundle = 1 less visit
In order to respect our time we ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice to reschedule.
Sometimes we are only showing up for you.
Sometimes we gave you a spot someone else asked for.
No transfers allowed for bundles
Our bundles right now are reserved for post op visits. Due to the nature of the visit, we do not allow bundle transfers at this time.

Let me know how the session is going, if the temperature in the room needs adjusting, or if any scents from the other service providers come into the room (ie: there are nail techs next door).

Event bookings are for a specific amount of time
Please note details of booking for whether your therapist(s) are there for a specific amount of time or whether flexibility is required.
We often have a client after you and a sign up sheet always helps the day flow better.
Rarely can we stay longer than the agreed upon times.
Deposit is required to secure your Event date
Deposit amount varies based on overall balance due.
We will REFUND your payment if event is cancelled and 48 hour notice is given.
Pricing mirrors mobile rates at starting at $160/hr . 2 hour minimum.
A replacement therapist is available
I've never missed an event.
But in the rare occurrence, I can't make it to your event I will send another practitioner in my place. Absolute worst case, you will be refunded.
