PRIVACY + CANCELLATION POLICY  

To simplify the below statements we will not sell your information and all client information is protected under HIPPA. We ask for your ID and other forms of identification as a way to protect our massage therapist(s) at Healed By Paris.

Before we begin, please note sexual misconduct is NOT tolerated. Inappropriate behavior is grounds for termination and payment will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Healed By Paris has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid your deposit being forfeited.

 

Please communicate with us if you are going to be late or not show. Clients who no-show or late cancel may be banned from making further appointments. Last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded and rescheduling is subject to therapists availability.

 

Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the clients booking after you. Your payment is used to cover a time slot. If you are late to your time slot we may or may not be able to extend your time.

“Can I get a refund for purchasing a gift card or bundle?”

 

All gift card purchases or bundles/packages are non-refundable.

 

“Can I share my gift card with someone else to use?”

 

Yes! If you’re unable to use your gift card, we’re happy to honor it for another recipient of your choice. The tricky part is if you redeem this to use it for a package or membership and want to transfer -- all clients of Healed By Paris must be approved prior to the session being booked. With that in mind you may NOT transfer your package/membership to someone else without approval.

 

“Does my gift card or bundle include gratuity?”

Gift cards + Bundles do not include gratuity.

What about Insurance?

We accept most major insurances including Nyship, Aetna, Cigna, 1199 etc. We do NOT accept  Blue cross blue shield and this covers an office session. A prescription in most cases will be required at the time of booking and can be obtained from your doctor because this is medical massage.

Safety

As professional licensed therapists, we’re dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.

New Clients

We are a small practice with a small amount of staff. To ensure safety and ID + intake form is required at the time of booking but will NEVER be shared unless required by Law. We honor your privacy and make sure that your uploads are protected by WIX + Jotforms cybersecurity measures.

Pregnant Clients

We service clients during all trimesters but it is important that you feel comfortable during your session. If you have any questions regarding the conversation surrounding massage + the first trimester or last trimester please ask. Deep prressure is administered at the discretion of the therapist even if the client is requesting it.

Refund policy 

No refunds allowed for mobile/in office/ or on site services. We may be able to roll over your deposit if you cancel with more than or at least 24 hours of notice. Event deposits are refunded/rolled over as long as the deposit is requested within 24 hours. Packages are not refunded and 24 hour notice is required to reschedule a bought session. Shop items/Virtual calls are non refundable.

Order information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal, Amazon, email address, and phone number.

  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

  • Source of collection: collected from you.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Printify + Healed By Paris

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, email address

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

 

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:​
